Each room was not at the same area eventhough on the same level. My room at the front, my child one at the back and one at the middle..

The person at the counter during check in asking me why did I booked through booking.com because the price is high apparently higher. He showed me the rate of the same room per night which was doubled lower than the published rate in booking.com. he also asked me if I never been to Jerantut. Pretty awkward situation.
