"Overall good experience"

The service from cafe that provide breakfast is not prepared for the service. Food is not sufficient durung breakfast and room service order also take 1 hour to arrive with some incomplete item.

The location was excellent - just a walk away to the beach. Many shops nearby for your convenience. Maintenance staff was excellent. Will definitely come again

The villa supposed to house 12 pax but there were only 3 mugs and a few glasses! How were we supposed to drink hot coffee n tea. There was only 1 table cloth in the villa - surely you can provide more! On check out, we have to drive out pass the guard house, park your car and then only return the keys n tags! That was most troublesome! What is it was raining etc? Kindly look into these shortcomings!

We stayed on the ground floor, which provided direct access to the swimming pool and beach. This was very convenient, as there was no need to wait for the elevator. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and sufficient for a small family. My children especially enjoyed both the swimming pool and the beach during our stay. Breakfast options were simple and sufficient for a quick start to the day.

One drawback was the parking arrangement. The allocated parking space was located on Level 5, and it took some time to reach it. There are also a few areas for improvement. The bedsheet provided for the extra futon appeared worn out and should be replaced regularly after guest check-out. It seemed as though it had been used previously and was not in the best condition. In addition, placing a carpet or rug in the living room would make the space feel more comfortable and family-friendly.

- Walking distance to the beach - Mini water theme park fun enough for all (Ground floor unit has direct access to the pool and playground which is very convenient) - Kitchen facilities are sufficient and complete for simple cooking. Induction cooker and microwave are available. - Fully air-conditioned and comfortable

- Breakfast option is very limited, Free breakfast only available for 2 pax, and only for the first morning. - Cockroach found in the bathroom. Tiny lizard and fly found in the premise. - Poor air ventilation in the bathroom as there is no exhaust fan. - Shower head holder is broken - Kitchen sink pipe is splashy making the kiticehnette wet. - Bathroom cleanliness can be improved.
