"Poor cleanliness, impractical bathroom setup, and unsafe furniture significantly impacted our stay."

Convenient location

The room had several cleanliness and maintenance issues. There was lipstick residue on one of the mugs, which raised concerns about cleaning standards. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain, so the toilet area became wet after showering. There was also no floor mat provided in the shower room, yet we were penalised for using a bath towel on the floor to prevent slipping. Additionally, one of the dining chairs was broken. The back of the chair was wobbly and felt unsafe to use. These issues affected the overall comfort and experience of our stay.
