Clean, hot shower, comfortable bed

Downstair uncle repeatedly knocking on door saying water dripping into his house and asking when we will check out like many times.. oh my god.. Hantu takde, Tapi 'Hantu' Bau Bawang ramai.

Location is good, free parking, breakfast is included. The Staff is supportive.

Living room and master bedroom window was not fully closed and not soundproof, so we can hear noise due strong wind since the weather was not good during our stay. Some water leakage or condensation from window into living room and master bedroom. We request hairdryer but was not available, and need to wait until next day.

Pathetic location, 15 minutes drive for genting Highland while it was mentioned 1 mile away. We stayed only one night checked put. No match for money we paid. We paid less for swiss Garden, and it's 100 times better than this.

The wifi facility is too poor. did nt work at all. for tourist from other national wifi is much needed. if you are coming from other country and look for wifi in hotel dont go for this hotel.. while booking this hotel be sure to get the free shuttel option for genting . Else transport is very difficult to reach here

False advertising, no television as per shown in the ads and the Wi-Fi isnt working at all.

The room. Which i got not similar ad photo. Carpet a bit itchy. Refrigerator make noisy sound when turn on. But for adhoc decisions, its considered OK.
