القرب من المطار ، النقل المجاني للمطار عن طريق الباص

الموقع : عدم وجود خدمات قريبة المكان : نظام الفندق كان عبارة عن غرف خارجية متوزعة حول مبنى الفندق ( الاستقبال ) . الغرف : بعيدة نسبياً عن خدمات الفندق ( اللوبي ، المسبح ، المطعم) الخدمة : ضعيفة جداً في المطعم رغم تعدد الموظفين المساج : غالي وتوجد 8% ضريبة فوق ذلك ، ولم يعجبني احترافية المدلكين لان قدراتهم كانت عادية جداً

The room and pool area are very good. Staff in restaurant very helpful and polite especially the man doing the coffees and Hassan. Breakfast good. Convenient location.

Communication was awful. I requested information via booking.com messages, about late check out and breakfast time and to confirm our check in would be later due to a delay of our flight. I got a reply over 24 hours later after we had already checked in. Would expect better communication from a big chain hotel. Staff at reception could be more helpful and welcoming.

De hotelkamers. Zoals een ieder weet kan het goed hard regenen. Welk hotel verzint het om daken van metalen platen te maken????? Je doet geen oog dicht
