Sun Inns Hotel Bestari Jaya

Very central in Bestari Jaya, just a couple of minutes from all the shops & restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms could have been cleaner. There were small stains on my bed sheets and pillows, and dirt/dust in the corners of the room. There was noise from the corridors, including a loud beeping sound from one of the electricity rooms.

The location is very near to the wedding hall

The hotel was not very clean, which made the stay uncomfortable. The room had poor cleanliness, and the overall environment did not feel well-maintained. Because of this, I was unable to relax and enjoy my stay. I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness and maintenance to provide a better experience for future guests.

TV not working. Wall is stained and dusty. Bath towel too small, cannot cover the body.
