MYThe security was top notch with 24 hour guards and secure access to the building and parking, which made us feel very safe throughout the stay.
The lift system was sometimes slow, especially during peak hours when multiple guests were checking in or out, which was a bit frustrating.

Arrived early but not able to check in. Had to wait at lobby for an hour.
