Not much.

Door locks were flimsy. Heating was very poor, especially on a very cold night. Constant traffic noise throughout the night. Shower would go cold if an adjacent room used water.

Inside the property is very nice. Clean (except a Macdonalds wrapper in the bathroom bin!) and well decorated.

I had misread the comment that the kitchen was shared. Considering the number of rooms the kitchen is extremely basic. I don’t think you would want to prepare more than a very simple meal there and there is inadequate equipment for you to do that at the same time as another guest. We used the microwave and that was it. There was also a smell of cannabis in the hallways. It was unclear if this was coming from a guest or outside as the kitchen window was open. The check in process requires completion of an online form and registering a bank card. I completed the online form - it simply asked for an arrival time. I then received multiple messages asking me to complete the form. I messaged to say I had and what else did I need to do but didn’t hear anything back. Fortunately I received the check in codes but I was concerned that I might not as I couldn’t work out what else to do with this form.
