Excellent location, and the hotel looks beautiful from the outside. The receptionist lady at checkin desk was very friendly.

The hotel does not give the impression of a 5-star property. While the room itself was clean, there was dust in the air, on the curtains, and embedded in the carpet, which also had visible stains. The most unpleasant issue was the strong smell of fried food in the corridor. Walking from the elevator to the room meant the odor would cling to clothes and hair, which really diminished the overall experience — especially considering the high price expected for a 5-star stay. I requested a room closer to the elevator to avoid this long, unpleasant walk, but the receptionist said the hotel was fully booked (which I found doubtful) and promised to try to arrange it for the following days. Unfortunately, this never happened. AlsoWe paid the deposit with a debit card (we forgot the credit one), The receptionist assured us it wouldn’t be an issue and that we would simply tap the terminal at check-out to receive the refund. However, the machine didn’t work at check-out. Although we were told the money would still be returned, we left feeling somewhat unsure and concerned.
