- Location near Piccadilly station & Northern Quarter
- Room & furnishing design, lovely bathroom, tea/coffee & amenities offer, recycling, big TV
- Most staff were friendly & helpful, esp Rahi, who sorted birthday treats!
- Good breakfast at good value if pre-purchased; lots of restaurant seating
- Room/corridor stank of mould or rank water; turned AC off and opened the window (another plus) - realised that was source: sort the AC system ASAP please!
- Incredibly noisy street all night; would be ok if window could be closed.
- Took a few minutes to get any hot water in the evening (4th floor)

The hotel's location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. I really liked the room design, which was modern, stylish, and comfortable. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
The shower design allowed a significant amount of water to leak onto the bathroom floor during use. As a result, the floor remained very wet for a long time, which reduced the overall comfort of the bathroom experience.

The room was very nice, great facilities, and bed was comfy.
Not cleaned to a decent standard.
There was glitter all over the floor, and it stuck to our feet. The bathroom had dirty stains on the floor, all it took was a bit of wet tissue to get it up, same with the glitter. Maybe employ some cleaners that know how to clean better than a 5 year old.
Also a £10 deposit was taken from us at the desk, didn't expect that considering we'd already paid in advance. Told we'd get it when we checked out, no deposit returned yet.
Maybe it's mentioned in the description when booking and I missed it.
The hotels situated on one of the worst streets in the city centre, people approaching you for money constantly especially in the evening.
Stayed in a few hotels in Manchester, by far the worst situated one we've stayed in.
Despite the nice room, would not return.

Breakfast was very good, location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back to stay when I'm next in Manchester and would definitely recommend.
There was an issue on the first night of a loose panel on the balcony banging all night in the wind (which did result in rubbish sleep), however the staff were very helpful and quick in resolving.
