The Reach at Piccadilly, Manchester, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

The room was excellent,very convenient to city centre and train station.The bar and restaurant has a pleasant view on to the canal.

Nothing major ,the staff could have been a little more personable.The pillows were a bit flat and we found the window/balcony door was not very soundproof.

The room and hotel in general were beautiful. The beds were super comfortable, could've done with a softer pillow however I'm sure if I'd asked reception they would've given me one (we got back very late from a concert and didn't want to be a bother). Check out was very quick and all the staff we came across were lovely.

The only thing that went wrong was on check in. It seemed that there was a mix up with details where my booking was under a different completely unrelated name! Looks to be an error with Booking.com and not the hotel themselves and it was resolved super quickly. Not a complaint by any means. :)

Great location central to great restaurants and bars. Short walk to the arndale centre. Staff were great . Clean comfortable accommodation.

The very small gap at end iof bed in cozy double room. If you have one of these bag the side not by window ! Or you will have to clamber over sleeping partner to get to bathroom! A small gripe and didn't ruin my stay.

Alle sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut!

Zimmer etwas klein aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend.
