The staff were amazing and very welcoming, they helped me set the room up for my girlfriends birthday. She absolutely loved the room and so did I, everything was clean and the bed was very comfy. The view from the terrace was amazing for sunset and sunrise.

An improvement is there could’ve been more seating on the terrace. Another improvement is making the entire terrace accessible to all customers.

The genuine Scouse friendliness from the staff. Peter ( the Porter) went out of his way to help with my personal mobile phone issue. Harvey was fantastic at checking me in and arranging a free drink from the bar during my stay. Jed inquired if everything was ok during my stay and he told me humorous stories during our conversation. We laughed together. Restaurant staff were also friendly and very aware of customer needs. Thank you all.

I went out of my room for four and a half hours and returned to find it still hadn't been cleaned despite the sign on the door and the trolley in the corridor a few doors away. When it did get cleaned it was done to a very high standard but it was an initial let down to have to go away again, to allow more time to get it serviced. But I wouldn't lower my score because of that. The job was done and it was done beautifully.

Fantastic views and amazing location. The balcony was incredible with a dock view and access from both the bedroom area and living area. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, the lady who checked us in and Ronnie the head concierge were fantastic. Complimentary drinks in the suite were a lovely touch too. Lots of parking areas close to the hotel too.

Really great near the train station and had a look around in the city centre lots to see there plus they had hire for scooters and bikes nearby but that belongs to bolt if you want to hire them and breakfast was nice as well

Good location, easy check in.

Air conditioning rattled throughout the night, making sleep very difficult. The dressing table light didn't work and the room was rather dark, so it meant it was difficult to get ready. When told about the issues upon check out, staff just said "they'd look into it".

The property is in a convenient location for the city centre as well as the inside being stylish and modern. The hotel was easy to navigate as well as comfortable and spacious. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, explaining all of the important information that we needed to know. The room itself was fantastic! Very very clean , spacious and modern. We will happily be going back!

There really isn’t anything I didn’t like.
