Modern, clean, beautifully decorated.

Restaurant service and food needs a lot of work. My wife is coeliac and can’t eat gluten. She was handed laminated sheets for her to decipher what she could / couldn’t have. She chose fish and chips that were marked as GF. But the ten mins later told that the batter wasn’t gluten free. My main , the bacon chop, featured a very fatty, under cooked chop and ‘mash’ that was basically just slop. On the table next to us a lady in a group of three ordered a medium steak and sent it back as it was rare (very) after 25 mins of waiting for it to come back (just needed a couple of minutes in the pan) she gave up. Her husband and daughter had long since finished their meals. New chef and waiting staff required I’m afraid. A massive shame as the rest of the experience and the hotel its self was amazing.

Ideal for traveller overnight stay. Food limited but good and friendly service

Great hotel and really friendly staff. The rooms are very good and spotlessly clean.

Housekeeping could be improved. Although we were a couple, housekeeping only seemed to cater for 1 person, when replacing towels, and tea cups etc.

Very stylish, beautifully clean. Quiet and plenty of space.

4 of the 6 EV chargers were out of order. I got a charge as the hotel was quiet but not good.

Clean, modern, very helpful, & professional staff.

Nothing really - the only fault I could find (not that I was looking) was the carpet / floor in my room didn’t appear to have been hoovered properly.
