"happy with room"

room was clean and warm, facilities nice, bed very comfy and shower good

Milk was not usable for hot drinks, no breakfast facilities on the day

"Oasis in the middle of Fraserburgh"

Hidden gem in Fraserbrugh. Lovely hotel, fun and bright with incredibly helpful staff. We had a lovely high tea. The room was comfortable. The bathroom had a lovely strong shower.

Some issues.No-one at reception when I arrived and first phone number provided did not work.Kettle in room defunct and needed replacing.1 sachet of milk in room.Staff helpful in making things right.Unable to put on bedside lights withoit explanation. Wondrful towel rail and comfortale bed.Restaurant vgreat and delightful yoing male staff member.Very hard to get in on Sunday when restaurant closed as key jammed.Staff did their best to put things right..so this is appreciated but it was a frustrating experience,nonetheless.

Location to town

I drove around the town as My navigation systen took ME TO A HOTEL OF A DIFFERENT NAME ? eventually having drove all over asking people where it was and being sent to different locations found out they hadn’t changed the sign from its last name but had put the name in the window also Couldn’t get anything to eat as they said they were to busy and didn’t serve breakfast 🤷🏽‍♂️having just drove for 6 hours also My room was at the top of 3 flights of stairs My wife wouldn’t have been able to climb if She had been with Me

Nice welcome on arrival from owner.

No catering facilities at all on a Monday and little or no options within walking distance in the town. Wish I'd known before booking. Be aware if you have mobility concerns there is no lift . Very poor reception for TV, screen constantly froze. Bedside lights didn't work.
