Ruim en luxe huis. Bijbehorend mansion en tuin prachtig

Het huis zelf ligt tussen een soort bunkers, anders dan op de foto's, die op booking staan Binnen was het, op een spinneweb na schoon. De buitenkant was minder schoon/aantrekkelijk. Ramen en buitenwerk waren vuil

We loved the location. We had no preconception about the place so we were pleasantly surprised by the impressive building and its huge grounds. The room was a very good size and quiet with good tea and coffee-making facilities. The staff were friendly, caring and keen to please. It was certainly very good value.

Despite the fact that the corridors, stairs and downstairs communal area were all warm, the room itself wasn't and turning up the radiator from 2 to 5 had no effect on it whatsoever. It remained stone cold. We had to ask to get it working as it clearly wasn't for some reason. We decided the radiator itself was switched off. Anyway they brought us a supplementary heater while we were out and turned on the culprit radiator. We had no other complaints whatsoever. We loved staying there for the 2 nights.

The team at this hotel are exceptional. Everyone was attentive, professional and kind throughout our stay, turning it into an unforgettable experience. Despite the hotel hosting a large volume of guests during our stay, the cleanliness, tranquility, and careful design made it feel calm and intimate, and we could only guess about the other guests when looking at the full parking area.

Honestly it was perfect, we didn't miss a thing (maybe we would have had the hotel's breakfast if hot food was on offer)

Struttura tipica ben arredata ed esterni favolosi. Personale molto gentile e accogliente. Camere silenziose e pulite. Colazione ricca, varia e molto buona. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene!

The bed is comfortable. The hotel ground is beautiful.

The room is small and too hot. In our room there are cobwebs. Breakfast is included but we were not informed it was continental breakfast. Otherwise, we would have booked elswhere. We had to wait for a while boils eggs to come but cold. There is a coffee machine in our room but the cup is too big to fit in for making coffee. I like this hotel because of the building and the surroundings. There will be big plus if the hotel provide cooked breakfast.

The grounds and building were stunning. It was a short drive into Conwy so a great location! The breakfast was lovely and had a good variety of options. Staff were all friendly and very accommodating.

Nothing - the property was exceptional. Would have loved to experience the restaurant when it’s open again!
