room2 Belfast Hometel

The room was beautiful and really felt like home from home. The facilities in the room were great and allowed you to either prepare food there or bring food in to eat at the dining table. The beds were comfortable and the mezzanine bed above allowed our teenage son some privacy with the curtain to pull across.

The hotel is dog friendly and we brought our 2 dogs. With lots of people moving about, they barked occasionally, especially when doors were banging or people were talking loudly as they passed our room. We had a member of staff knock the door to say they had a complaint about the barking. The member of staff was very polite and apologised for having to disturb us. I understand that other hotel users may be annoyed by what was occasional barking but maybe the hotel needs to think about the placement of dog rooms so that they are on the same floor so that other guests do not complain.
