Excellent location, can literally walk wherever you want to go.

No lift so you have to climb a lot of stairs.

Comfortable guesthouse, central location, close to Central Pier, the Tower and the Winter Gardens. Calm street. Tea and coffee facilities available at room. Good shower with hot water. Vey friendly staff. No problem to store our bicycles overnight.

Noise from other rooms clearly audible.

Beds & seat were so comfy was well presented had a smart tv & was close to the promenade very spacious room we loved our stay here & will stay again next year

Quite far from the train station but not a big problem we worked our way through all the shops etc on the way

Very friendly and clean

Perfect location close to the seafront & and most popular attractions in Blackpool. Great value for money and the room was well taken care of. The owners we're very polite and helpful, always with a smile. Parking was available on the roadside if you are lucky although not guaranteed.

Not a complaint but personally I can't sleep unless the room is dark. At 5am when it became daylight I was restless. Black out curtains/blinds would've made the sleep 10/10.

it wasn’t as expected

it was very basic taps in bathroom not working properly, did not get any sleep people shouting and banging doors.
