Location

Felt like we were ripped off. We just got a box room without a proper window. Ok they used dynamic pricing because of the Metallica concert but £350 for the one night for a room as bad as this was a joke.

The location of the property is brilliant. Perfect for exploring the city. The staff are super friendly & helpful. The beds are incredibly comfy and the room was spacious and designed well. The bathroom feels luxurious.

The air conditioning did absolutely nothing. Could hear it running but no cold air circulated the room. Was a shame because the bed is so comfy, kept waking in the night because it was so hot

The location was brilliant.

Spa (wellness) room was a let down just a hot room. TV was broken No one explained breakfast to us just the other guests sat around like Wally's until we found it was buffet Room is photoshopped looks much more plain in real life Staff all seemed like it was there first day
