the water flow of your shower is weak for guests leaving early on a tour trip without regular breakfast, the takeout pack you provided appear to be quite frugal/simple.

There was a loud knocking through the night one of the nights we stayed so sleep was poor, rooms generally felt quite loud and could hear a lot in the corridors etc. staff were also quite unsure about things and didn’t seem very attentive

Can I firstly start off by saying a huge thank you to Darcie, who decorated the room for my best friend? She was an absolute gem and did a fantastic job. The room looked amazing and really helped make our stay feel extra special from the moment we arrived. We both thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at the hotel. Everything was spotless, and it was clear that a lot of care had gone into ensuring guests were comfortable. The little touches were particularly appreciated, robes and slippers were provided, along with both sparkling and still water, and a lovely selection of chocolates in the room. Breakfast was really good, with plenty of choice and excellent service from the staff. As someone who is gluten-free, I was delighted to find that there were suitable options available for me, which was a real bonus and made the experience even better. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, helping to make the entire stay completely stress-free. Genuinely, this was one of the smoothest and most enjoyable hotel stays I’ve ever had. The location is ideal, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the air conditioning/heating worked perfectly, allowing us to adjust the room to our liking. The complimentary slippers and robes added an extra touch of comfort and luxury. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to Darcie and the entire team for making our visit so memorable. Highly recommended!
