The location, the view, value for money. Parking was great, we got one of the spaces around the back.

My only dislike was the bed mattress, it was very thin, as you laid in the bed you could feel the slats underneath. 2 very uncomfortable nights sleep.

The location is perfect, just 2 mins walk to the lake shore, the Peter rabbit museum, etc. The instruction was very clear, which helped us check in smoothly. The room was cosy and comfortable, with beautiful lake facing views. The staff, Sonia and Ewa, were very nice, friendly, and helpful. Thank you! We had a great time staying here and surely will come back again 🤗

الغرفة نظيفة ومغطاة بالسجاد وهذا كان جيد للدفء في الشتاء وفرت المضيفة الشراشف الصوفية للتدفئة كما وفرت ضيافة البسكوت واكياس الشاي والسكر والقهوة تسجيل الدخول كان ذاتي وفق تعليمات مرسلة من المضيفة وكانت الطريقة سهلة فقد اعتدنا عليها في معظم اماكن الإقامة في بريطانيا المكان كان قريب من البحيرة ومواقع حجز التذاكر للرحلة في البحيرة

السلالم ضيقة وتحتاج الحذر عند النزول كما أنه يصعب نقل حقائب كبيرة للاعلى بسبب ضيق الدرج وانحدارها، والحمد لله لم يكن معنا سوى حقائب صغيرة لرحلة يوم واحد

Location was great. Near to bars and restaurants

Mattress on bed was too thin. Very uncomfortable needs replacing.

The Staff were Amazing, kept in contact with us before and throughout our stay . The little touches they had in the hotel were brilliant!! They also have a full kitchen with cooking facilities also tables with chairs to relax and eat .our room with the lake view was so nice and relaxing. The room was very clean and comfortable, everything about this hotel was very well thought out . The location was great too we even had parking! Overall our stay was amazing 😍

We had no issues with anything.

Really clean and comfortable. I had an issue with my view as I paid extra for a lake view, and was moved by the helpful manager immediately
