Someone to help us out of the building on Sunday morning. We made it eventually. No-one that we could contact on Sunday.

My room overlooked an empty courtyard so was nice and quiet. Pretty designs, great tea, fresh milk available. Lauren was very helpful thank you.Lights all clearly labelled on the switches, which helped! Good selection of books in the library.

The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Air conditioning excellent

Its just a shame there is no on site breakfast

I liked the art deco style furnishings and the bed was very comfortable. The room was spotless and I enjoyed my stay overall.

The location is great, it was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The scent in the lobby was a nice touch.

There is nothing we didn’t like..

Staff were really nice. Bathroom needs some TLC.

Shower leaked

We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment. I found my room and bed comfortable. . The location appeared to be very central, but as I’m disabled and can’t walk far I didn’t take advantage of this.

I didn’t research whether parking was available so my brother had to park in the street and although he has a blue badge, he still had to go out to move the car a couple of times. My brother found his room rather noisy, there was something humming and the air conditioning rattled. He also felt his bed was too firm.
