Close amenities and family. Convenient and quite comfortable.

The shower drain was blocked and drained so slowly that it overflowed the shower cubicle. We cleaned the drain and removed the debris and hair. We left for cleaner to observe. The loo seat was missing a screw. Despite informing the cleaner twice, that a screwdriver could fix it instantly, after 5 days, still not fixed!!! Keen to get a response from management.

Lovely building very beautifully restored. Was able to work in the very peaceful library. Free tea and coffee and a welcome smoothie was a nice touch. Easy for Bromley South

Only minor issue was the water in the bathroom sink and shower didn't drain away very quickly...reported it. No on site parking but reasonably priced long stay car park 5 min walk away. Nice cafe round the corner for breakfast...Easy for shops if thats what you want.
