I had an average stay. The place is clean and you have the basics of what you need in a room.

I had two nights without heating. I communicated to the Manager after the first night, he said it would be sorted but the next night it happened again. I got locked in the room from the outside twice, so I couldn't get to work on time as it took them about 1h in total to finally get me out of the room. I was moved to another room. They promised verbally a refund but by the time I'm typing this review, I haven't received any email or communication of this being put in place or going to happen.

The bed was comfortable and the property was quiet

Firstly, we arrived at 5pm and was unable to get a hold of anyone to receive check in codes for an hour who in fairness was as helpful as he could be but it took a further hour to gain access to property. When we were finally in the room it appeared alright at first glance but when you looked there was layers of dust all over the headboard of the bed.
