Hangouts Urban+Eco Langkawi

Grande déception.

Nous sommes arrivés à 13h20 à l'accueil on nous dit chambres pas prêtes, mais si vous payez 50 Myr on vous attribue une chambre dont la chaleur avoisinait les 40 degrés , refus de nous laisser une deuxième carte (la clim s'arrête quand vous fermez la porte). Le petit déjeuner le pire jamais observé était programmé à 8 h ,nous avions prévenu l'accueil d'une sortie prévue à 8h 30 mais à 8h 15 toujours rien ( le distributeur est en route nous a t on dit ) avant de sortir nous avons vu les boites ( je pense qu'en prison le petit déjeuner est de meilleure qualité. Les autres hôtels en malaisie étaient bien plus appréciables et plus accueillants .

部屋は広く清潔感があり、家具もおしゃれで統一されていて、とても居心地のよい空間でした。必要な設備も一通りそろっており、部屋で過ごす時間を快適に楽しむことができました。 また、プールもきれいに整備されており、非常に印象が良かったです。部屋のすぐ目の前に位置しているためアクセスも良く、気軽に利用できる点も魅力的でした。

いくつか気になる点もありました。まず、エアコンや部屋の鍵に不具合があり、スタッフに何度か対応をお願いしましたが、なかなか改善されず、進捗の説明もありませんでした。特にエアコンについては5～6回対応を依頼したものの、実際にテクニシャンが来たのは1回のみで、結局チェックアウトまで修理されないままでした。 また、部屋のクリーニングについてもスムーズとは言えず、毎日2～3回依頼してようやく対応してもらえるという状況でした。サービス面ではやや改善の余地があると感じます。 さらに個人的な好みにはなりますが、朝食が毎日お弁当形式で、ビュッフェではなかった点も少し残念でした。加えて、ホテルの立地が中心部から離れているため、配車アプリ（Grab）もつかまりにくく、移動にはやや不便さを感じました。 また、予約時にプールへ直接アクセスできる点に魅力を感じていましたが、実際にはそれが可能なのはstudioタイプの部屋のみで、今回宿泊したファミリールームからは直接アクセスできませんでした。この点については、予約時にもう少し分かりやすく説明があるとよかったと思います。

Staff was very cooperative, good swimming pool & calm atmosphere liked me most

There should be a restaurant with continental food options. Also there should be a down town free shuttle service from the report after certain intervals as city centre is far away from resort & to go a continental restaurant it took 30 min time

Everything was good,it will be better if allow swimming all time

The bed makes lot noise

The facility is quite chic with a lot of modern touch. The unique pool gives a mix of privacy and open access to all the residents. The property is very small Kids friendly.

The location is in the center of langkawi but a little far from key spots such as Kuah, Cenang and Tanjung Rhu. If you are driving a car, it shouldn't be an issue. Also, the studio rooms can get a little cramped with sofa bed extended.
