La piscine, mais faut pas craindre les bêtes ! Et le personnel très gentil

La saleté, salle de bain vraiment sale a notre arrive, ils ne changent pas les serviettes ! Pas de menage quotidien a part faire les lits et mettre des bouteille d'eau, des lézards partout, vieux lits inconfortable et qui grince , le petit dej se résume a du riz et du poulet piquant ou pas dans une petites boites a 8h du matin ! Et le pire ! Nous devons nous débrouiller avec nos bagages, alors que les chambres sont très loin, a l'aller nous avons eu la chance que le taxi nous dépose devant la chambre, mais au retour catastrophe , une grosse pente pour monter a pied jusqu'à la réception, pas de bagagiste ni de véhicule pour nous monter, ils nous ont envoyer du personnel en scooter... ca nous a quand même aider mais bon...c'est pas professionnel

I noticed just it might be understaffed. Usually a sign of under-cut or not happy staff. Cleaning needs to be better. The existing guys are doing their best. Maybe hire 1-2 more dedicated house cleaning persons.

Disappointing experience – basic standards not met We rarely leave negative feedback, but in this case, it feels necessary to be honest, especially as we booked via Booking.com. From the beginning, cleanliness was a major problem. We found hairs in the beds, dirty bed sheets, and rubbish still inside the fridge from previous guests. The toilet was not cleaned properly, and the glass provided for toothbrushes was absolutely unhygienic. These are very basic standards that we expect to be met in any hotel. A particularly serious issue was safety. We found a screw lying on the floor in one of the bedrooms, which our daughter almost stepped on. This could have easily caused an injury and is unacceptable, especially in a family-friendly accommodation. Room service was also disappointing. Compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip through Malaysia, the service here was clearly below average. Even after reminding the staff, one full day passed without any room service being carried out. Additionally, the air conditioning in the living room stopped cooling properly after day three, which significantly affected our comfort. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication and responsibility from management. No one contacted us during our stay to address these issues, and no one spoke to us at check-out to ask about our experience or offer any explanation. We are generally very easy-going guests and understand that issues can happen. However, in this case, too many basic things went wrong, and there was no effort to resolve them. Langkawi as a destination was wonderful, and apart from the hotel, we had an extremely positive experience — unfortunately, we cannot say the same about this accommodation.

Best stay at Langkawi.. The location is perfect Easy to go anywhere in Langkawi from this place.. nice and serene environment

Nestled deep inside Jalan Ulu Melaka, the privacy, tranquility and cozy vibes surrounding the place were very much to our liking. It was truly an oasis of serenity. The breakfast were delicious, and the warm welcome and service by the staff were top notch and consistent throughout our stay. Kudos on that! We loved the unique zig-zag pool design as well! On top of that, ample parking space for us to park our car and the walk from our rooms to our car wasn't time consuming at all as it was very nearby.

For context and clarity, we booked 3 rooms namely Cook Island, Galapagos and Corsica. I encountered a flushing issue with the toilet bowl in the room I stayed in which is called 'Cook Island'. I had a hard time flushing down the contents inside the toilet bowl and needed to flush many times before it finally went down. My toilet floor was very slippery as well. In the Galapagos room, slippery bathroom floor and insufficient rack to put towel and clothing in the toilet were encountered as well. Suggest to install more onto the wall. The two decorative lights hanging above the sofa and the small dining table were too big and inconvenient as well. Needed to be more cautious when gettiing up from the sofa. Nil issues in Corsica room.
