Brilliant for a business trip

Nice canal basin outlook from decking

I think this place was an old Premier Inn which is the loss really as it is a nice big hotel and a nice big pub at the side backing onto the lake and in the summer time it is beautiful to sit on the deck and eat and drink. My only negative would be lack of a coffee machine at breakfast time I said was only instant available

Staff very friendly and helpful at all times, restaurant food also excellent both at breakfast and dinner.

Nice comfortable room and well located for the adjoining pub and other restaurants nearby. Good sized pub area and outside seating, which are nice on a warm day

Great find, a beautiful view from the room. Very well appointed room with all necessary facilities including hairdryer and iron. A little warm in the room but a fan was provided, would have liked a thinner bed sheet however as quite hot. Very comfortable and well maintained room Ate in adjoining restaurant, nice food and good prices, nice to have 20% off due to staying at hotel. Only downside was being charged an extra £1 for a small amount of Nann bread to go with my meal and only offering large drinks.

Great hotel for what I needed and close to the airshow I went to the next day.

Clearly an ex Premier Inn hotel BUT in a much better state than premier inn hotels we have recently stayed at. Lovely position overlooking a marina with berthed canal boats
