KZThere were a number of issues with this stay. Firstly, I had asked whether we could drop off a bag around 10am, which was confirmed. However, when we arrived the property was closed and no one answered the phone, we had to knock on the doors until, thankfully, the cleaning lady opened up and let us leave the bag. The rubbish in the room had not been cleaned (photo attached). The pillows were very uncomfortable to sleep on and the windows provided no sound insulation you could hear everything from outside. We also requested a room change prior to our arrival, as the room was available, but our request was ignored. Overall, a disappointing experience with poor communication and attention to detail. Would not recommend.

A simple electric kettle rather than a modern coffee machine would have been preferable Early morning loud activity (6 am) was disturbing.
DECute, cosy room! It had everything we needed for a weekend. The staff was super lovely and fulfilled every special request we had :) Would definitely come back!
The recommended patisserie opposite is sadly closed, therefore you’ll have to walk into town for breakfast.
