"Holiday Inn exceeded our expectations"

First time staying at the Holiday Inn and have to say it more than met our expectations. The hotel was lovely and clean especially our room. The food was excellent and all the staff were helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

The reception staff was very helpful and friendly nothing seemed too much trouble. Especially the free upgrade to the room.

The really isn't nothing to like about this place very enjoyable stay.

"Very satisfactory, convenient, comfortable, immaculate , with an excellent breakfast."

The breakfast was excellent, with a large range of options. The location of the Holiday Inn was extremely handy for the Winter Gardens where we were attending a concert, and, of course, the station.

I would like to have been told at Reception that the lights in our room were to be operation by our room card, so that I didn't need to go back down to ask about them. A very minor inconvenience.
