Comfortable rooms, excellent continental breakfast and close walking distance to good local restaurant.

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well presented and tasty. Very friendly lady( sorry can’t remember her name) who looked after us at breakfast. Would definitely stay again if in Tain and recommend to others.

The property was excellent (except for the day i checked out, 18th September when there was no breakfast available for some reason)

Great property in a great location. The room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Walking distance to a large Tesco and a great restaurant. Breakfast was great and the owner was very friendly.

Room was warm, albeit rather airless, hot water, comfortable bed. An attractive house - from the outside.

Signage from street was poor - easy to miss in all but bright sunlight.The place was unstaffed until breakfast; keys were left out for collection by new arrivals. Contact phone number rang straight through to answering service. Breakfast (continental, uncooked) was self service - a member of staff had made a pot of coffee and made sure food stocks were replenished, but little more. No common room (ie. lounge), unless you count the breakfast room and hallway - the house's original reception room had been converted into a bedroom. A disappointingly soulless experience, a bit like a house of bedsits - hospitality it was not. I was glad to leave.

Beautiful house in the heart of Tain with lovely gardens. The room was very comfortable with view over the garden. Breakfast was fantastic and the owner very helpful in helping us organise another nights accommodation. Fabulous B and B !

Comfortable bed, great bathroom, view of garden, everything was exceptionally clean, well decorated, quiet comfortable room, great breakfast, highly recommend.
