Sunflower World Hotel

1. Hot water was not provided in my room, and the staff didn't inform me while checking in. How can a hotel run a business without this facilities. When i complained, the staff offered me to change the room. I am old and tired of changing the room again. 2. I saw a cockroach in the toilet. and can not lock the toilet. 3. The room table and black carpet were very dusty and lacked of maintenance. 4. The room is relatively small If you have a choice, take another hotel and not recommended.

Location is good

Lift is very smelly. Room lighting is insufficient.

There are mosquitoes in the room. I was left with 37 bites 😫

The staffs

The hotel had potential but they decided to give us useless wifi, useless TV (with not even basic TV channel available), dark room (one of the lamp wasn’t working), dirty toilet, slippery bathroom floor, dirty carpets with dust on the corner of the room, no functioning lift so you have to carry your heavy luggage upstairs. What else? The hotel only looked nice on pictures and outside but once you entered inside, the price they charge you aren’t worth the stay.
