Sunflower World Hotel

Cleaness and surrounded by the sunflowers.

No hair dryer was provided in the room, but the email stated that the hotel provided the hair dryer. You have to request it from the hotel staff but the staff will reply to you that there is no one return the hairdryer yet and no stock every time I request it and keep apologising. When you look at the staff apologising face, you will feel that you don't waste your energy to scold them. The staff can only apologise to you and nothing much can help you at that moment. End up, beginning my Sekinchan trip with wet hair. You shouldn't mention it at first if this situation, then I will bring my own hair dryer along. Secondly, I booked 2 rooms for 2 pairs of couples. One room is completely fine, but another room was the only unit in the hotel that without hot water supply. It was located on the third floor. I am the type that can't stand with cold water. Feedback to the hotel staff, and they did arrange another room for us, but the other room that was located on the first floor was even worse. The carpet smell and the lights of the unit were so dark even though it has hot water supply. Once I entered the unit, I felt uncomfortable. I reject the staff to exchange the room and stick with the original one, and I have to borrow washroom from my other friend couples unit to use, which is so inconvenient. Lastly, prepare a hairdryer for all units and also make sure all units with hot water supply. That's what I want to say if you want to reduce complaints and improve your hotel for a better stay.

The location is very strategic and near to the boat cafe.

The cleanliness is not so good. There is a bad odour outside the room. Basically on the whole floor that we stayed. It should be improved

The facilities and view and everything about nature. Some sort of healing i guess

The fact that toilet was frosted and right beside bed and space too small for pray

Absolutely nothing that I like.

The whole hotel is dirty and untidy. Water pressure was so low. Taking a shower was a challenge. There wasn't a rack or soap holder to keep shampoo and body wash in the shower. There was no switch to turn of the toilet lights. So we had to sleep with the lights on. There were no bath towels and toilet paper when we checked into the room. Extremely poor housekeeping standard. Breakfast was horrible. Just packet nasi lemak, bread and some kind of fried dough. No toaster to toast the bread. The seat cushions were no filthy. You don't want to have drinks or food at there.
