Breakfast was excellent, varied choice eggs benedict with smoked salmon , lovely. Staff friendly and helpful, evening meal delicious. Clean room and tea/ coffee making with posh biscuits.

Drains smell bad in the bathroom, section of skirting board off near shower. Quite a lot of stairs to get to room, some spiral type. No number on the extra door before got to our room, would help if it said room numbers on it.
