The villa doesn’t not provide cooking utensils. one of the kitchen sink is clog, the other one need to fix. Checking the house at 4 with garbage from previous customer’s stay in front of the house. The water pressure at level 2 for the shower in bathroom is too slow

MYThe design and concept of the house was nice.
It wasn’t clean and it was very dusty. No heater in three bathrooms. Only one heater in one bathroom which was a struggle for a big family. No cleaning basic stuff such as broom, table cloth and mop. No aircond in the main hall which made it more stuffy and congested for a big family
SGFriendly and professional customer service manager on site, requests actioned promptly.
Unserviceable air-conditioning and missing remote control units. Two of the rooms in France villa had no remote controls for aircon. One room aircon was unserviceable. Only the master bedroom had water heater. The other three bathrooms and kitchen have no hot water. Bedlinen were not very clean.

1. The bathroom was so smelly-we had to wash it ourselves 2. The bedsheets were full of stains - some even had blood stains 3. The blanket caused itchness 4. Only master bedroom bathroom had heater 5. Water pressure was so slow 6. Utensils were dirty
