NOTHING!!!

First of all, I did not stay in the hotel. Not by our choice but since the hotel had technical issue about power supply. However, i was not informed at all through ws or email about this, and i only knew when i call directly to the hotel to confirm my booking one day prior to my stay. My booking in the system still active and when i asked why not automatically cancelled the reservation when their side already aware about the problem they give excuse already email but I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING. And they just ask us to call Booking customer service. Can you imagine where we want to find accomodation in less than 24hrs especially during convocation event. So irresponsible!

Cancellation cost to expensive!!

The hotel is in the vicinity of all shops such as TMG, Mr DIY, Watson, near BSN and Pasar Malam (on weekends). The staff is welcoming and the room is fabulous. I stayed in a 2 queen bed room, with a bath, on a weekend. The kids love them.

Not that I'm aware of.
