Car park is quite challenging.

Fue pésima la actitud del chico que nos atendió, cuando entramos a la recepción no nos hizo caso, sentado en el sillón ni nos dijo nada suponíamos que era alguien que vivía allí, entonces nos acercamos a preguntarle y ahí fue la sorpresa, era él quien nos tenía que dar las llaves,.... el recepcionista. En todo momento sentado en el sillón con la cabeza agachada hablaba sin mirarnos y con la boca muy pequeña y en voz baja, Le enseñé la reserva y después de diez minutos sin saber nada le preguntamos si teníamos que esperar mucho tiempo, y nos dijo que no éramos los únicos clientes, después de media hora se dignó a darnos las llaves y sin ninguna explicación se fue, era como un escape room tuvimos que adivinar qué habitación era con los números y letras que habían en la llave, gracias al chico que estaba en el ascensor pudimos llegar. Cuando entramos a la casa los aseos estaban todo mojado hasta los cristales, el váter, el lavabo, el papel y un dedo de agua en el suelo,

Very clean and organized. The check-in process was smooth because it was easy to find the building and keys.

Instructions on how to have heated water in the bathroom would be adding additional credit to a perfection

Location and infinity pool. The surrounding also is calming

Parking lot- unable to park inside if your car is bigger than Alphard/Velfire. U can try but it is very risky to get scratch or knock the edge on the way up and coming down. No stove for light cooking
