服務人員態度很好！！

原本入住房間一進門菸味很重，向服務人員反應後，更換至10樓的房間，沒想到赤腳踏進房間，地板滿是灰塵，冰箱也不是很乾淨，裡面有黑黑髒髒的垢，整潔度真的需要再加強，因不想再麻煩服務人員，最後勉強的住了一晚。吧檯的插座有一個之前應該壞掉，意外的是，竟然不是將整組插座更換，而是使用泡棉之類的東西填充，雖然能用，但讓我及友人懷疑這真的是4星級規格嗎？然後房間的插座很少，床頭沒插座，雖然是用1200多的價格入住，但想像中的落差還是有的，整體還是蠻令人失望…

房內燈光不夠明亮 插座很少，不方便使用 棉被很薄舒適性不佳 竟然沒有提供拖鞋，沐浴後沒有鞋子穿，大扣分。 櫃檯人員所提供的交通資訊不夠完整 整體來說，不會想再去

房間空間很大，冷氣夠冷，房間還有吧台可以聊天、吃東西。

浴室有毛髮，地板有明顯沒掃乾淨的痕跡；充電插座設計個人不喜歡，因為離床鋪很遠，不能滑手機；早餐普通。
