Fantastic location, every room is a shipping container with a private bathroom. Loved the "remote" location, the road leading to it is quite steep. I recommend renting a bike (or an electric bike) to get around, as it's quite far to walk anywhere. Or use a taxi, but keep in mind you might not get one easily after 9 PM. Luckily, one taxi saved us a 2,5 hours walk home at 10 PM. The atmosphere was phenomenal, wonderful sounds of nature in the evening. We had some locals on staycation as neighbors that were out drinking until well past midnight, which was pretty cool. Delicious breakfast brought to you by the host's adorable kids. Possible to grill outside, sing karaoke or play games (there is a projector) , the fridge is behind the containers.

Being told that I cancelled my reservation right before check-in (when I did not) is not the best feeling in the world, but it was resolved by the host without any problems right away.

It's a family run place, and the boss is super friendly. The room is adequate and very clean, and also love the fact the ceiling in the toilet is made of wood which gives off a scent when taking a hot shower. The room also comes with tv which can access netflix. The breakfast prepared by the lady boss is also amazing. On top of that, they have a resident dog which is super friendly. The environment around the house is also really tranquil, highly recommend to take a walk out in the morning. Overall, this accommodation exceeded my expectations and I will definitely return again.

The room was very clean and tidy! It's very close to the lake and the restaurants. Multiple spots for watching the sunrise. The owners were very friendly and served us an amazing breakfast! Highly recommended!

Tucked away but still close to the cycle trail around the lake and short walk to town. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. Picked us up and showed us where to hire bikes. They then took our bags back to our room. The breakfast was tasty and filling. When it started raining they left an umbrella for us to take use. Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable accommodation. I was cycle touring and accommodation was bicycle friendly. The owners family were lovely. Good showers, comfy beds, heating and A/C in units. Lovely home cooked breakfast at a time that suited me. The location is one of the nicest bits of Sun Moon lake around the dam - great to go watch sunrise!

I was on a cycle trip so could easily cycle into town for dinner. If you didn't have bike or car it would be a decent walk approx 2KM each way.

The place is about 3 minutes walk to Shuishe Dam, a good place to watch the sunrise. They also offered parking and an exquisite breakfast.

Very quiet place, comfortable room in the container with all the amenities. Perfect if you come with a car. Nice, easy going hotel owner.

離日月潭很近，整體相當舒適，有備冷暖氣非常適合四季前來，與親朋好友一同包整個旅宿，可以大人、小孩都開心。唯獨床墊躺下時可以感受彈簧已經老舊，這是美中不足的地方。整體來說都是非常棒的一個旅宿。

I love that you are in a more rural setting. The containers were fresh and comfortable and the owners were amazing.
