房間整潔，位置不錯，溫泉部分也不錯，整體裝潢有格調，而且飯店還蠻新的，工作人員感覺有努力招待客人，這些都不錯。小小不滿意的點有，設施除了健身房之外只到 22:00 ，因為淡水有老街，逛完再去飯店很容易超過這個時間，如果可以到 24:00 對顧客比較好，另一個點是室外游泳池不是溫水的，雖然很漂亮想去游，但因為下著毛毛雨，導致水溫太冷，後來就放棄了，另外健身房的器具項目有點少

The hot springs swimming pool and in-room tub are so nice it really relaxed you. And off course the dinner baffle and breakfast baffle are top off the whole stay. Just nice

Recommend for vacation stay. Worth mentioning, bike renting is just at the corner cross street from the hotel, as well as a short walk off the sidewalk along the river. You can take bike onto the ferry to the other side of river and bike around in the area. Also, on Bali side, there are a variety of options to eat.

悠閒舒服 飯店很新 早餐好吃

房內就是溫泉湯，很讚，看著淡水河邊泡澡，超療育放鬆

連假住房率高，無法即時打掃出房間入住。等待的過程並沒有不愉快，但房間好了沒有接到通知電話。等候多時，我主動問check-in櫃檯才確認房間好了。Check-in櫃檯服務態度很好，我表示入住時間超過4點，也願意讓我晚點退房。 但八里喜來登入住時間4點，退房11點，相較其他飯店都還短1-2小時，是蠻驚訝飯店的房務安排還是忙不過來，飯店應該要思考，連假訂房情況與人力是否安排妥當。
