地點離湯圍溝公園很近，附近採買方便，附停車位，房間沒有霉味，有嬰兒澡盆，一樓有簡易點心區，有電梯，浴室通風

床墊和棉被感覺有點舊，翻開有點泛黃，床墊躺感太軟，被火災警報嚇醒

很乾淨，熱水很舒服（放水很快）排水很快，通風很好

房間隔音好，但是真的太小了，置物空間需要加強，冬天衣服多，沒地方掛
