房卡在5天的入住期間＇有4次不可以用（在電梯裡），另外最後一天（房間號碼1207）沒有打掃衞生清潔房間，告知櫃枱＇櫃臺質疑我們沒有按清潔的指示燈，並詢問我們是幾點按（我們是8點多外出並按），櫃檯秀出11點的照片來証明我們沒有按清潔指示！語氣非常不客氣！什麼時候清掃房間是額外的服務呢？在退房時（10月15日）＇櫃臺人員似乎不太熟悉業務，浪費了很多時間！另外在第一天入住（10月9日，房間1402）廁所有怪味（似排水系統的）和房間有很多蚊子！

This hotel is near to A9 MTR. But the express MTR from or to the Taoyuan Airport wont stop here. The hotel hotel is ok ok to stay else better choices are available in this area at much cheaper rates Overall, I was not satisfied with the repose of reception area. Near our room some party hall was there and a lot of noise from there till late night. Cud not have the breakfast as needed to reach airport early for the next flight

a bad experience: when I went back to hotel and going to take the lift back room. There are two hotel staff chatting at lift lobby. When I pressed going up button, they followed me to get into lift. I was staying at 3rd and they went out at 2nd floor but they were still chatting and go out slowly until they almost finished the chat. 2 queries: 1.Why did they go to 2nd floor before I reached the lift lobby? They have plenty of time to got to 2nd floor; 2.Am I supposed to wait for the finish of the conversation between 2 hotel staff before I can go back to the room?

Saw some good reviews here, thought it would be a great hotel to stay. However, upon checking in, we were totally taken aback ! The hotel has a big restaurant, but the hotel lobby was miserably tiny. Despite being a new hotel (that's what some of the reviewers said - we found some of the fixtures like toilet accessories looking pretty aged- which made me wonder if some of the reviews here were fake or paid to do so). Toilet walls were stained and tainted with cement. The lobby settee was broken. We checked in rather late , the solo female receptionist was rather brisk and did not make us feel welcome at all. Booked 2 rooms and had requested for adjacent rooms, but was assigned rooms on separate floors! This showed total disrespect for guests' requests. Had asked for quiet rooms on a higher floor , but was instead given rooms on 4th floor which is on the same level as the MRT rail track- we were disturbed considerably by the noise of the frequent passing trains day and night - THE INCCESSANT NOISE IS THE CRITICAL POINT TO CONSIDER FOR PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS! It appeared that all rooms in this hotel are facing the rail track! The hotel does not supply any amenities at all in the rooms ! The booking site only cited no toothbrush and tooth paste will be supplied- but we found that no room slippers, which is a standard in Taiwan hotel, were supplied. The building and the rooms were new, and were clean. However, there were some details missing on the level of cleaning. Seemed like the hotel is a bit short-staffed, and the complimentary breakfast was mediocre.

Great location and staffs are really friendly.

The location is right next to a MRT station. Very convent for taking the train to airport or Taipei city center. Hotel is modern, clean, well maintained with friendly staff. Free breakfast was delicious!
