1.入口櫃台服務人員很親切，笑容可掬。 2.設備環境雖然老舊，但環境仍算整潔，內有按摩椅。 3.步行3~5分鐘，有7-11可以採買消夜零食。 4.若不要求新穎的設備與環境，可以選擇來此短暫休息或住宿。 5.房間附有茶包咖啡、冷熱飲用水，冰箱裡有鋁箔包飲料跟水可供免費食用。 6.附近公園有YouBike可提供騎乘，約10分鐘的車程可到漁光島。

1.目前沒有付免費早餐。 2.熱水沒有很熱，泡澡上沒有那麼舒適。 3.如果要求設備或環境新穎，會建議添加預算去尋找更好的旅店，此處僅適合短暫的休憩與停留，優點是隱私性與便利性上優於混合旅宿。
