I liked the location

There was mould in the bathrooms toilet was broken and the next door neighbours were playing drum and bass music till 5 in the morning. Woke up to bite marks on my leg and a rash

Absolutely lovely hotel just want we needed and location was great too.

The rooms have very thin walls and we were woken at 4.15 am on the Saturday morning by the people coming in above our room and they were so nosey till around 6.30 and we all had to be up at 6am The second night was even worse at 5.10 am we was woken by the next door room we thought they was coming through the walls and fetched loads of people back to the room to party

It was great tbf

Elevator got stuck for ages, then took us into the basement which wasnt on any of the buttons and it opened up, we managed to make it out safely in the end

Large room with stunning decor.

The bath was next to the bed in the room (with no curtain etc) which was odd considering the room can sleep 4. I was staying alone so it wasn’t an issue for me. I booked this hotel because of the jacuzzi bath but unfortunately the plug didn’t close properly so I couldn’t have a bath because the water was draining as I was running it. So disappointing. The room got a bit cold at night but there is an electric heater provided.
