Kids friendly

The housekeeping didnt manage to clean our room on our second day. Have to wait for 1.5 hours until the room is ready. Pool lounge didnt allow my kids to have outside food (while waiting for the room to clean) , eventho we ordered some drinks from the lounge. The kids already starving. Hope more empathy when it comes to the kids.

Nice place to enjoy resort type vacation. The buffet breakfast spread has lot of items. Out of city area.

The main issue is that none of the rooms in the property have locks on their toilet doors. The toilet and shower areas are separated by sliding doors with frosted glass panels that remain somewhat transparent, so expecting privacy while showering is unreasonable. Please address this immediately. Booking dot com was also unable to resolve it.

The staff was very cooperative, and the service was excellent. The bed size is great and very comfortable. Quiet and peaceful at night for a weekend getaway. There's no traffic around and enough security to ensure that you stay safe and secure.

The view from the higher floor room is better than from the ground floor. Breakfast option are not up to par with other Parkroyal we have stayed in.
