Die Zimmer hatten keine Fenster und waren dreckig. Es wirkte, als würde zwischen den Gästen nicht geputzt werden, sondern nur die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Der Billiardtisch war leider total abgenutzt, sodass man nicht richtig spielen konnte. Der Kontakt vor der Anreise war schwierig. Man sagte uns sie würden einen Tür Code schicken am Tag der Ankunft. Auch nach mehreren Kontaktversuchen unsererseits kam aber nichts.. als wir schließlich vor Ort waren haben wir mehrmals anrufen müssen bis uns jemand hereingelassen hat.

Staff weren’t very friendly, the kitchen was disgusting !! Dirty dishes everywhere, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. Not very clean, the bed linen was not good, the actual pillows looked mouldy under the pillow cases. We had a private room, which wasn’t too bad but no window. Staff are not very nice, one of them lives in the cleaning cupboard
THOverall is good, Location is perfect and near to city center. With a cheap rate.
-I made a mistake in double bookings from different site unknowingly. Since I don’t noticed the confirmation, I tried to make it in another platform as I am in rush trying to get a place to stay at my last minute before a flight to Penang. As soon as I realized the case of same place, same date booking and same guests to check in. I tried contacting them to ask for a waiver on canceling one of this or at least move one of the booking but no response and later they refused to help mentioning a strict policy is applied. -cleanliness wise, the place is not very clean as I see rats running around behind the reception and the room and bed I got assigned to is not really clean, I found some trash on the storage box and trash under the bed, even leftover food and a container near the window in dorm room. I know it’s a little thing but to keep it clean before the guest is also important.
