Mange kvadratmeter for pengene. Velfungerende og lige til at gå til. Stuen og værelserne er opdaterede, og det kan ses. En kort (og køn) gå-tur ind til Marstal.

Et køkken er typisk dyrt at forny. Så det kommer til sidst. Men det trænger.
