Akre Hotel

Absolutely beautiful hotel - so relaxing and peaceful. Staff went above and beyond. No kids allowed which was absolutely brilliant! Would 1000% recommend both Naxos and this hotel to anyone considering going to the Greek islands.

Séjour mitigé. La vue, la piscine et les chambres sont magnifiques ! Un point vraiment positif : ils nous ont préparé un petit déjeuner la veille, déposé dans notre frigo, car nous avions l'avion très tôt le lendemain matin (des club sandwich, nous n'avons pas eu le choix mais c'était sympa quand-même). Pour nous même si le cadre est magnifique, le service et la nourriture/boissons ne sont pas à la hauteur du standing qu'ils prétendent avoir. Nous avons eu le sentiment que c'était plutôt un piège à touristes.

Pour être honnête nous avons trouvé une partie du personnel mal organisé, peu professionnel et vraiment tourné vers le profit à tout prix. La nourriture et les boissons (cocktails et vins) ne sont malheureusement pas bons et très chers. Les serveurs flannaient entre eux et n'apportaient même pas les cartes de menu aux clients. Par contre ils sont venus nous demander combien de pourboires on avait prévu de donner alors que nous n'avions même pas fini de consommer. La navette de l'hôtel nous a facturé 25€ chaque trajet, même quand ils étaient beaucoup plus courts (5 min pour aller à l'aéroport). Honnêtement nous nous sommes sentis comme des portefeuilles sur pattes.

The accommodation is located in Stelida, directly next to the sea. You are greeted by the kindest staff in Greece and shown to spacious, clean rooms. The open-air gym offers a breathtaking view of the sea, as do the pool, most balconies and (obviously) the small private beach. The breakfast is copious and healthy and overall our stay was absolutely perfect.

You definitely need a car to reach the accommodation or else you will be bound to taxis which are relatively expensive. Another thing that I need to criticize are the high prices in the restaurant. The food is good but not worth that price point, especially the pool/bar food.

The location is stunning with a panoramic view of the sea and Paros island. The sunsets at Akre are amazing. The staff and WhatsApp concierge service were great and helpful. The pool and design of the place is chic.

Limited mini fridge and breakfast was repetitive when staying for multiple days.

Tolles Frühstück, nettes Personal. Unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool buchen. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön.
