Bard De Sol

El Hotel estaba muy bueno precio calidad pero fue un poco difícil encontrarlo. Para el precio de mykonos que dra excesivo el desayuno era normal a la carta. El hotel en si hermoso, 10 puntos. Impecable y muy moderno Lo único que tengo para criticar es que tardaron 40 minutos en darnos la habitación después de las tres de la tarde , y que antes de llegar nos llegaban mensajes como si habian hackeado al hotel y no nos dieron ninguna recompensa por eso porq casi nos estafan

Il disent que le petit déjeuner est inclus dans le tarif mais si vous commandez une deuxième assiette par exemple le salé celui-ci reste en supplément .

We stayed at Bard de Sol and while the setting is visually stunning, the hospitality experience left us disappointed. We arrived at 12 PM—aware that check-in was at 3—but hoped for a bit of flexibility, especially since every other hotel we stayed at in Greece had let us check in early. The staff did store our bags and invited us to wait in the reception area, use the gym, or go explore the town. While that was appreciated, our room wasn’t ready until sometime after 3, and no one kept us updated along the way. The hotel’s website mentioned that the restaurant opened at 12, but there was no chef on-site until 3 PM. We were sent to a tavern down the hill to eat, which we later discovered didn’t open until 4 PM—leaving us hungry and exhausted with nowhere to go. That lack of accurate information added to the frustration. To be clear—the staff were friendly. But the overall hospitality felt impersonal and unprepared. When you arrive tired and early, you’re not expecting miracles—just a little care, attention, and communication. One bright spot was Elena, who worked at the restaurant later that day. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind—a real contrast to the rest of the experience. In short: the property has potential, but basic service and thoughtful hosting were missing.

Everything was so perfect , have stayed there as a couple for 5 nights . I think it’s best to have a car as the hotel is uphill walking down is okay but then going back up I guess it’s a bit hard . Breakfast was perfect too with 5 choices of sweet dishes and 5 savoury once. Cleaning was done everyday and even the towels were changed literally every day . We had a nice view from the balcony . Simeon I think that’s his name he was very kind too. And there was another lady who was very kind as well. We had good laughs with the the guy that took our orders in the morning for breakfast . He tried his best all the time .

There is nothing that was not ok. Everything was very good. Just when we reserved we said it’s our 10th wedding anniversary I thought there might have been a little surprise but that’s okay. Also I asked if it’s possible to get another room so we could enjoy the sunset . someone told me that the room was taken where else guests only arrived there 2 days later but it’s all right that won’t make this stay bad. We defined would reserve again this place if we come back to Mykonos 😌
