We booked the grand room but it was just average. The property was in a great location, about a 10 minute walk to MOA, some grocery options downstairs, and restaurants. The problems we had were that our host did not send us the authorisation for check-in until the day of (they misplaced our email), some of the furniture was already breaking and not safe to use (couch and chairs) and there was an infestation of cockroaches. The problem about the cockroaches were taken care of with housecleaning providing a spray, but we had small children with us and there was a strong lingering smell that was rough for the kids to handle. Overall, the host was very responsive and the place felt very safe as there was a passcode on the door and security downstairs checking for guests coming and going. For a 3-day stay, it was enough to rest properly before travelling home.

Infestation of cockroaches. Room was clean but a guess the building has a cockroach infestation. We did not cook or eat in room. Cockroaches crawling on most food utensils. I counted a kill number of at least 30 cockroaches.

Felt like a home rather than a cramped hotel room and at huge savings in comparison. Having a washing machine allowed for packing lighter and washed clothes dried quickly in the air-conditioned space. Being a swimmer, the 25-meter and 60-meter lap pools were wonderful. My new go to place to stay when visiting Manila.

There were no hand towels. There were 3 soap containers, all empty. Only one small tube of bath gel. The whole place reeked of roach spray, there is an industrial-sized can of insecticide under the sink, and a notice to owners about an infestation in the elevator. The window is directly above the bed and the blinds are wholly inadequate for blocking light. Blackout curtains are needed. The noisy AC blocks out most of the street and airplane noise. But the neighbor's stereo was way too much for it. Shower water never gets more than lukewarm. The washing machine floods the bathroom. Apparently, you have to put the drainage tube down the drain. This would be helpful info in a note on the machine itself. There is no cell service in or near the apartment building. We ran out of toilet paper (only one roll was supplied for 3 days). Despite promising the staff would deliver some, none ever came. On our last day, the electric company came to the door, handed me a notice, and proceeded to cut service: no AC, no lights, no lukewarm water. The owner offered another apartment but we were just hours away from leaving anyway.

The owner never give local. Contact we waited hour in the reception and no Internet beconky security no i need to connect with my own Internet . No proper handover with the receptionist or security... Bad experience i have to pay extra d . In short i will not recommend it.

Can’t sleep in the morning during our stay for 3 days there’s a construction going on every morning. Other than that this place is kinda nice and transparent to their advertisements.
