The location, satff and breakfast. Just need some repairs on toilet and bath

Some small issue in toilet

My whole family is happy and satisfied staying in Lukay Las Brisas.

Hmmm… I think the water while flushing in toilet the water is not strong enough.

It was right on the beach staff were helpful

The sun beds on the beach could be up graded

Clean, homey, newly renovated bath, perfect location and staff are very attentive and helpful. Staff provided umbrellas, put on caution wet floor signs. They also have in house restaurant lovely humble setting with excellent food

The property was in a good location and all the staffs are very accomodating.

We rent a total of 4 rooms. It was huge and very comfortable aside from some of the rooms needs to be refurbished like the doorknobs and the mirrors, but aside from that the whole stay was awesome and we hoped to have the chance to come back again.

Rooms and bathrooms are clean. And its good location because its near to the beach

But the facility was old and need some renovation. Rooms are old and the pool needs to be clean daily as well.

The facilities need improvement. Water leaks from the shower and makes the restroom very wet, so I have to keep cleaning and drying it because I’m traveling with a senior. I also found a huge cockroach in our room 😭😭😭, and there are ants as well. The doorknob is rusty. I read reviews from previous years until now, and the facilities always receive low ratings. I hoped there would be some improvements, but I experienced the same problems as previous guests.
