Upon check-in, after the credit card receipt was printed, he flipped over the back of receipt with pen in hand and requested my expiration date and crv! I refused and he said no problem. SKETCHY. 1,000 peso security deposit. No bed side tables or lamp. You must turn off light near door walking in darkness to bed.

A clean comfortable hotel. A good base if you are doing something in the province. Clean room, good aircon and close to transport. Public market across the road. A good place to stay to break up your trip and relax without the sounds of roosters, dogs, cats, people, motorbikes and videoke if you need a break from all that village life

Price could be more affordable for locals

The rooms are modern with very nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Water cooler available on each floor and coffee during certain times. Restaurant next door Close to Tubigon seaport. Staff was very helpful.

Very limited parking area. Do have to get around by motorbike or trike if solo traveling and no other vehicle access No vending machines for other drinks and snacks.

It was a very nice hotel. Located near Tubigon wharf. We arrived late at night so it was very accessible when all are very tired from the trip. Place was very clean as well. Well maintained. They have an elevator which helped us a lot since we were travelling as family and we have a member who is wheelchair bound. Would totally rate it 11/10. The room we booked that has 6 bunk beds was very nice as well. Was very spacious. This hotel did not disappoint me. Washroom were very clean as well. We were also provided individual towels and common toiletries. Would definitely book here again if given the days to travel back

The restaurant and the room itself was very good, beautifully designed especially for the area. Maybe pricey for the average traveller or backpacker but okay for our purposes. We were very kindly treated, especially because my partner was hit by a trike and fell onto the road before we got to the hotel and was badly scratched up. It changed our plans a little but we were able to rest super comfortably.

Just a few times the power goes out.
